On Friday, June 7th, the time has come: Kultur in Höfen transforms Bruck an der Leitha into a stage full of surprises, music, and art – and we are participating for the first time! Under the motto “Courtyards open up, culture moves in”, numerous locations in the city are inviting you to a very special evening. Das Herzstück vom Petznek is also uniquely opening its inner courtyard for this purpose – and celebrating with a varied program for all senses.

An evening full of encounters, music, and art

Starting at 4:30 PM, we kick things off visually: The artist Hannelore Döringer is showing a selection of her works – inspired by the Bruck an der Leitha coloring book, which captures lovingly drawn views of our city. The exhibition is free to access and invites you to marvel and linger – over a coffee, a glass of wine, or perhaps the first small selection of tapas from our kitchen.

At 5:15 PM, it’s time for: Curtain up in the playroom! The Improtagonisten bring fresh energy and witty spontaneity to our cultural zone – live, vibrant, and guaranteed to be unpredictable. Our playroom – normally a creative space for families and workshops – becomes a charming theater stage this evening with small-scale format and big impact.

Music under the open sky – twice over

From 7:00 PM, the newcomer band ZuvielGehört takes over the musical reins in the inner courtyard – with a first live set in a relaxed atmosphere. If you're in the mood for more afterwards, just stay: at 9:00 PM, a second performance follows – this time in a particularly atmospheric setting around the campfire. Authentic, young, regional – and just right for a mild early summer evening in the middle of the city.

Enjoyment is part of it – as always at Herzstück

Of course, your physical well-being is also taken care of: Our kitchen serves small, fine Herzstückchen-Tapas, creative ciabatta creations, and summery drinks well into the evening – from a spritzer with wine from the Junge Römer to regionally brewed beers and homemade ice cream from the display case. Simply come by, take a seat, and enjoy.
