From May 7th, the time has come: the heart of Petznek is starting its test operation. After many months of planning, designing, and refining, we can finally do what we look forward to most – being hosts.
We are now open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
To start, we offer an initial, fine selection from our assortment: breakfast all day long, savory tapas, handmade ice cream, honest drinks – everything made with lots of love, but not yet in full scope. We are testing the waters, learning, and trying things out. And: we are growing with you.
Because a good beginning is rarely perfect. There will certainly be a hitch here and there – perhaps a dish is missing, a process takes longer, or the Wi-Fi acts up. But what counts is the will to do it well. And that is there – with heart, hand, and attitude.
We appreciate every kind word, honest feedback, and your patience during this initial phase. Come by, take a look, let yourself be surprised.
