Every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM we set up our brunch buffet full of Herzstückchen tapas at Herzstück – lovingly prepared, regionally inspired, and with a clear commitment to quality.

Our Herzstückchen tapas are small dishes with a big impact: handmade, seasonal, and inspired by the variety of our surroundings. On Sundays and public holidays, you can find them all at a glance – as an open buffet.
Whether classic with Mangalitsa bacon, finely sliced hard sausage, or leg ham with horseradish, vegetarian with hummus, seasonal spreads, or pickled vegetables, or fine-sweet with homemade granola, yogurt, and regional honey – everyone will find their own personal favorite bite here.
