Regionality starts at your doorstep – even with flowers
Whenever possible, we work with local people. That is why our flowers do not come from a wholesaler, but from our neighbor, the Landblume, just around the corner.
Together with the team from Landblume, we thought about what suits us best. What decorates our tables, brings our house to life, and is simultaneously robust, sustainable, and regionally sourced.
For the table decorations, rosemary was chosen. It is not only a real eye-catcher, but also resilient, sun-loving, and perhaps soon an ingredient for a new rosemary ice cream from our display case. So, on every table, there is not just a fragrant greeting, but also a little culinary promise.
Scented geraniums now adorn our windowsills and entrance areas. They are not only charming splashes of color but also happen to keep mosquitoes away. For relaxing summer evenings in the beer garden, without any buzzing and whirring.
