At the heart of it, it is often the quiet hands that provide the greatest delights. This is also true in our bakery, where for decades, we have been working with sensitivity, experience, and passion. By the side of Master Confectioner Alfred Petznek, who has mastered his craft down to the smallest detail, there is now a new addition: Ingrid, a passionate pastry chef taking the leap to turn her love for baking into her profession.
Ingrid is making a change – moving from her previous career path into the bakery. What started with enthusiasm at home is now being carried on day after day at Herzstück. Alfred passes on his knowledge – Ingrid brings fresh energy and her own personal touch. The result: pastries that tell stories. Of tradition and new beginnings, of care and joy, of genuine craftsmanship.
